Healing and Wholeness Groups Interest Form

You were created to flourish. That statement isn’t some overly-idealized, health-and-wealth vision of faith; it’s the Bible. Flourishing is the vision Jesus has for His followers. While He promises trials and challenges, God also unashamedly casts a vision for life that is full and free.

Through daily guided to time with God, weekly Scriptural curriculum, teachings, and small group prayer ministry, we want to facilitate a process through which the transforming work of the Holy Spirit takes place in our church for the flourishing of each member.

 
This form is to show interest for the groups that will launch in the Spring of 2026. Before that point after you have filled out this interest form, you will be given an official application.
